Alan Hansen believes Sir Alex Ferguson is the driving force behind Manchester United’s success

Champions League.
Hansen believes that despite performing below par in the ongoing 2010-11 season, United still have been able to grind out results.

The Liverpool legend added that United’s performances in the season might sound outstanding on the cards but in reality, they have been far below their best. “In 2008, United had another great European Cup-winning team who had three of the best forwards – http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wayne-Rooney-c36736 and Carlos Tevez – that this country has seen for the past 10 years,” added the former defender.
Hansen added that the former Aberdeen boss has shown the world that he is still the best manager in the business and can deliver results from a relatively weaker squad. He reckons that Ferguson’s team ethic and togetherness have been the dominant force in
United’s success.
The former Scotland defender is confident that United can go on and win the double at the end of the season.
