Newcastle United manager, Alan Pardew, has confirmed that the talented winger, Wayne Routledge, will stay with the Toons despite the Englishman being heavily linked with a move away from St. James Park.
Routledge has been out of favour at Newcastle United and has been heavily linked with a move to a number of npower Championship clubs.
The 26-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur winger was a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chris-c9006 Hughton’s squad that secured Barclays Premier League promotion in their first try. However, Routledge failed to emulate his impressive form in the Premier League and lost his starting
eleven berth.  
The former Aston Villa player was then loaned to QPR in January 2011 transfer window. Routledge proved out to be an immediate hit at Loftus Road as he played a crucial role in helping Rangers’ to earn their first ever Barclays Premier League promotion. The
English winger scored five goals in 19 appearances in the last six months of the season ended.

The 26-year-old winger is reportedly unsettled at Newcastle due to lack of first team opportunities and is seeking a move away from the Tyneside club.

Pardew said, “Has Wayne a future here? Wayne is still a Newcastle United player and he is under contract.” He comes back on Monday. After that we will just have to go from there.”
