I dont have any suggestions but i wouldn't go with a name that are pronounced similarly to her first name. It could prove hurtful for her in the future.

I have to agree with most of the other answers that Serenity is not the best name in the world. You want to choose a name that won't get her teased everyday of her life. I like Alanis Kaylene. Think it through, please.
