Alastair Cook wants England to keep improving – Cricket News Update

Having taken an unassailable lead in the five-match One Day International (ODI) series against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AN-Cook-c1026, the England captain, is happy to have retained the number one ranking and hopes to take the team further.
The Poms outclassed the Proteas in the all department of the fourth ODI at the Lord’s and won the match by six wickets to go 2-1 up in the battle. The last match is scheduled to be played on September 5, at Nottingham.

Cook is happy with his side’s performance and hopes that the boys will not take things for granted in the future. The left-handed opener feels that his team is not flawless yet, and wants them to keep working hard.
"It's certainly not a bad thing, staying number one," said Cook. "But I think we feel this side has its future ahead of it, rather than behind it. We're still striving to improve in all areas. We've only been together for a year or so. We've had some really
good results, but certainly don't really feel like the number one side."
