Albanian-english translation?

Question

does anyone know how to spell (and pronounce) "blood and water" in albanian? i don't really trust the online dictionaries...

Albanian pronunciation can be hard for English speakers (as I've found!!) and very hard to explain online but I'll try.

gjak (pronounced "juk", a bit like the name Jack)

dhe (pronounced "the" as in "then" without the n)

ujë (this one's very hard to explain but it's kinda pronounced "oo-y")
