Albany, NY- good places to eat/ places to go?

I'm looking for good places in Albany, NY to eat and hang out. A nice, romantic place to eat, or bars/ grills to hang out and have some drinks with a nice atmosphere. We'll be up there this Sunday afternoon-Wednesday, so anything you can recommend thats fun is appreciated.

I'm not as sure about bars bc I wasn't yet 21 when I hung in Albany, but they do have a Friendly's!  If you don't have them where you live, you should definitely go to Friendly's for the sundaes.

Just walk around Pearl Street. Plenty to do and see.
