The albedo of a surface is a measure of which process?

Scattering, reflection, transmission, solar radiation receipt, or none of these?

Also air flow is initiated how?

This is a measure of how well a surface diffusively reflects sunlight.

Airflow could be initiated by the sunlight heating the surface.  As air above the surface heats, it rises and cooler air flows in from the sides.

Albedo is a measure of reflection.

Air flow is initiated by pressure gradients. Air moves from high pressure to low pressure.
