Later, he always regarded as one of the few players in the Major League Baseball who have been preaching team loyalty.
Another player from the Cardinals, outfielder Jon Jay however, commented on something that truly reflected the American sports culture. He said, “It’s part of the business, it’s what happens. Albert's earned the right to pursue free agency, and that's where
he decided go.”
Pujols, who won this year’s World Series with the St. Louis Cardinals finally reached a 10 year deal worth $254 million with the Los Angeles Angels on Thursday evening and made history in the baseball circles.
After this enormous deal, Pujols become one of the few current professional baseball players in the Major League who has been given that much money for a 10 year deal after Alex Rodriguez and Arte Moreno.

as they build their roster to the maximum. It will be exciting to see what impact Pujols will have on the Angels line-up for the 2012 regular season.
