  1. Right now, yes. He has one of the sweetest swings in baseball. I've watched baseball for many years and he is one of the most exciting players to play the game!

  2. Josh Hamilton=MVP

    Albert Pujols=amazing player

  3. chipper jones has a higher average than he does and more home runs.

  4. I think he'll win it. The fact that he went on the DL and leads the league in intentional walks is going to hurt some of his numbers, but he still looks like the front runner. Berkman and Chipper both play on bad teams, and I don't think Chipper will keep pace.

  5. People there are two leagues not one, hamilton is in the AL, Pujols in the NL!

Yeah hes in the running, but chipper or berk may win it

  6. In the National League, Albert looks like the favortie to win.

I would like to see Lance Berkman win, but the Astros are nowhere near playoff contention.

  7. Pujols may end up being the greatest player of all-time.  He has been the best player in baseball since he came up.

Right now however, Lance Berkman deserves the MVP.  Berkman will not win because voters discount players on losing teams.  I would guess Chase Utley is the strongest competition right now.  With a few dark horses like David Wright, Derrek Lee, Ryan Bruam, maybe even Ryan Ludwick able to steal some votes.

  8. Yes, If Albert can hit 40 this year and take the Cardinals to the post season then he is the MVP

  9. I agree he is the best player in baseball, but i don't agree he should be MVP, yet.

The leading candidate at the moment for MVP has to be Josh Hamilton.

  10. Yes I think so!
