What are the chances of a Torando to hit Northern Alberta like around Fort Mac ?

Very small.  That far north it would be rare to get the instability and shear which are the most common factors for tornadic formation.  It's not impossible if just the right ingredients  happen to come together, but it would likely be small and of short duration in the rare instance they might occur in that area.  The better chances exist further south, like toward Edmonton and Calgary,  where a few fairly big tornadoes have occurred.
