Albino rainbow shark help

Question

he is pretty territorial and i was wondering if putting a place in there where he could hide would help. and can i put a small black molly(i think) in there with him.and what is the smallest size tank he needs?

 Will an albino rainbow and a rainbow be bothered by each other? Also, will a rope fish eat an oto cat.  I have a few zebra otos and I am thinking about getting a rope fish.  I cannot lose these otos, they are precious!
