  1. The only "real" sort of alchemy is nuclear fission and fusion. You could try to bombard some lead atoms with neutrons. You could get a few gold atoms. Or you could just get a job with the time you're wasting trying to figure out an impossibility and go BUY some gold!

  2. Hi friend,

You can find instructions in the following web: www.achalasiddha.com.

  4. alchemy does not exist.  they figured that out in the 1800s.  you can't make gold from anything but gold because it is an element.

  5. Alchemy isn't magic, it was medieval people's understanding of what we today call Chemistry. It's kind of life the Flat Earth Theory, meaning that you'd be better off learning how to place tennis.

  6. I think this is what you're looking for:

  9. Actually, alchemy evolved into Chemistry over the years. However, check out the website that Dona A mentioned. It might have more information or resources to get that information.

Good luck, and I hope that helps.

  10. Alchemy is ultimately about transforming man into god.  All the base-metal-into-gold stuff was allegorical; to keep the witch-burning church away and keep the funds coming in from wealthy sponsors.  If you really study the various steps involved in "transmutation," you will find a cleverly disguised (or rather coded) How To Manual on intellectual and spiritual self-improvement.

    See link.

  11. Alchemy is the grandfather of modern chemistry, so I would simply learn chemistry.

What happened was people were mixing things and causing reactions to occure without fully understanding the science behind it. The legend of the "philosophers stone" probably originated from the exctraction of gold form a gold ore. The process of which probably involved lead, which may or may not have had a functional purpose.
