I don't think its actually a test in most areas

i think its just a contract you have with the city/county that you have to read and sign saying you arn't going to serve underage people, ect, and pay a fee.

It depends on what City your from, everywhere is different.  I'm sure if you contact the Liquor License Board for your area - they will be able to inform you of what steps need to be taken.

I'm pretty sure it's just a document in which you'll have to sign, saying that you would adhere to the Liquor License Act.
