I once was a frequent drinker. But, now when I drink alcohol the next morning my right leg goes numb. I dont understand. i read all the other answers for this similar question but nothing was really that clear. Is this a medical problem I should take care of or is it something that just happens? Dont tell me to quit drinking because I love it. And that's that.

  1. uh oh im out of beer im gonna go crazy. Alcholic and proud of it.

  2. mm... you should probalby go to your doctor. it could be a symptom of a stroke. symptoms are numbness and unable to talk.

  3. don't cross your legs when your sitting you cut off the circulation. probably cross them and are not as aware of the tingling when your drinking.

  4. Maybe you were 'sleeping' in an awkward position putting to much pressure on the femoral arteries.  Basically the leg is falling asleep.  If you still have good sensitivity in the toes you should be okay.  Another remote possibility is a nerve or disk issue in your back pressing against a nerve.
