Alcohol almost everyday is it bad for my health?

I just drink to get a buzz but not completely drunk is that ok or is it still bad for my health? like one or two shots of liquor or maybe just a couple of beers just to help me relax a little.

  1. This is very bad for your health. You're well on the path to alcoholism if you're drinking every day, and just remember that alcoholism is a devastating substance addiction. It will torment the people around you and send you to an early grave.

    If you want to relax at the end of the day, I'd suggest you try cannabis instead. It feels nicer, is healthier, and won't leave you addicted.


  2. It's bad because you become addicted to it, you won't be able to take almost any drug your doctor prescribes, and it causes untold liver, kidney, stomach, and pancreas damage, as well as being a gateway to alcoholism. Please, if you value your life, stop now while you still can!

  3. what do you think? Would you be asking the same question if you were smoking ciggs? No, because you know 2-3 ciggs a day would lead to more and eventually addiction, same with alcohol.

  4. If you have to have a drink or two every day just to help you relax, then you are headed down the path of ALCOHOLISM, because you are going to become dependent on that Shot of liquor or those 2 tall boys of your favorite brew and that is not good, I have been down that road

  5. One or two shots or beer all of the sudden turns into.....just three or four shots or three or four beers, and it builds from there. Of course its bad for you. If nothing else, its terrible for your liver. Its up to you, but you could be on the path to alcoholism.

  8. I read somewhere that alcohol was good for you... in moderation, of course. I think it was an issue of Men's Health, so you have to take that with a grain of salt, but beer (again, in moderation) actually has beneficial nutrients. Of course, there are guidelines to follow...   10. It sounds like you drink to self medicate due to stress. Not only is it bad for your liver..... you are heading down a path to alcoholism because you need it everyday. See a counselor before you progress into a more serious drinker.
