  1. this i'll answer from the theory of cliff cavin. i think you will be satisfied by this theory...dat why we feel more confident

One day cliff was explaining the buffalo theory to one of his fellow:

“Well, you see, Norm, it’s like this. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it’s the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members.

In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Now, as we know, excessive intake of alcohol kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.

And that, Norm, is why you always feel smarter after a few beers.”

  2. it does make you feel more confident. i don't really know why though, but it impairs your usually ability to judge a situation so you don't act how you would if you were sober.

  3. That's why they call it "liquid courage" or "beer balls".  It makes you uninhibited.

  4. Depends how much alcohol you have to drink, too much and you can just be stupid, even more, you think are 10 foot tall and bullet proof! Neither are a good look. But I do agree that if you are a really shy person, a couple of quiet drink's does help ease your discomfort. But you shouldn't rely on that to make friends.

  5. Alcohol is a central nervous system (i.e. brain) depressant. It suppresses your inhibitions, which makes you feel more confident because you're less worried about the consequences, e.g. embarrassment.

  6. I makes you stoopid...
