i had about 7 bacardis last night. i am such a lightweight its ridiculous =[ but anyways i had like 4 hours of sleep and am exhausted and stuff so after i woke up i went back to sleep for like 6 hours. all i have had today is water and some tortellini, which i know is bad, but im not hungry plus i slept all day. im trying to lose weight, and im wondering since i barely ate today (yes its bad) it helps lose weight cuz im not doing cardio, but im worried if i will maybe pig out tomorrow to make up for it? what do you think..have you ever done that? thanks!!
