Alcohol/eating?

i had about 7 bacardis last night. i am such a lightweight its ridiculous =[ but anyways i had like 4 hours of sleep and am exhausted and stuff so after i woke up i went back to sleep for like 6 hours. all i have had today is water and some tortellini, which i know is bad, but im not hungry plus i slept all day. im trying to lose weight, and im wondering since i barely ate today (yes its bad) it helps lose weight cuz im not doing cardio, but im worried if i will maybe pig out tomorrow to make up for it? what do you think..have you ever done that? thanks!!

  1. You still need to eat even if you don't do squat all day. Your body requires X number of calories just being alive (breathing, brain function, etc...). So just eat a little less than normal perhaps. If you can't keep food down that's another story though.

    That being said, yes we've all been there after a night of consuming; at least I have. If your're trying to lose weight, resist the urge to eat garbage the next day. I know I'm hungry for the greasiest, fat food available for whatever reason, lol.

    Going crazy the tomorrow won't do you any good though. If anything just eat a lot of health foods and stuff that will help detoxify your body. Water is key also.

    Man now I'm hungry, ha.


  2. I wouldnt worry... just be sure you are drinking a lot of water so your body recovers, and just be sure that if you are really hungry tomorrow, eat something healthy and work out... exercising curbs appetite :)
