Alcohol in luggages?

i know i cant do the carry on thing but if i put a couple bottles of jack daniels in my luggage that i check in will it be ok. and im 19 so if they catch it will they just confiscate it or will they give me c**p for it?

You may or may not believe this but I'll tell you anyway. I went to Europe when I was 16. Went to Amsterdam (LOTS of fun!) Germany, Spain, Italy & France. I brought back three bottles of Absinthe (Illegal in the US) And put it in my CARRY ON! (Mind you this was AFTER 9-11) And I got through customs at O'Hare Int'l Airport with NO issues at all. They saw I had three bottles of liquor and didn't give a rat's ***. The choice is up to you kiddo!

Ok I was like 15 when I brought alchohol all the way from Europe to AMeirca, so I mean I got away with it, its okay, its normal everybody does it.  Just do it, and oh well.
