    -Alcohol is a natural antibiotic.

    -Hops have been shown to improve brain activity.

    -Malt is good for your complexion.

    -When used in moderation it is an excellent source for your daily water requirements.

    -Beer is high in folic acid.

    -Beer is high in niacin.

    -Beer is low in sodium.

    -It contains no fat.

    -Hops have been used to help with anxiety, insomnia, nervousness, and to sooth the stomach.

  2. Ditto the above.  Numurous scientific studies have concluded the alchohol, consumed in moderation, is good for you.  They always use the figure of 2 drinks per day.
