Alcohol liver enzymes?

I drank 7 beers and 8 shots last month at a party and last week i drank close to a 1/2 gallon of jim beam and I have a appointment with a dermatologist in a couple weeks and she will check my liver enzymes because I'm on accutane to clear up my acne. Will my enzymes be back to normal?

Yes, provided you don't continue to imbibe to that extent.  7 beers and 8 shots is quite a bit to have in one evening.  Must have been a pretty good party.  Long term alcohol abuse is what causes liver enzymes to change.  Short term drinking won't affect them in the long run.
