Alcohol on Checked luggage?

I am flying internationally but I am 16, Its not for me its for my family back in Germany.. Would it be ok if I bring some American Alcohol, or no??

i think it's OK.  i've flown international before and I brought wines for presents.  as long as it is in your check in luggage.

YES, as long as it's in checked baggage.

however, please make sure it is properly packaged (bubble wrap, styrofoam, cardboard box around all of that).  the TSA is now confiscating many bottles (alcoholic or not) because the million-dollar screening machines are being damaged when the bottles break.
