Alcudia, Majorca in October? Is it warm enough to swim in the sea?

I´m actually from argentina, but been to Mayorca and Ibiza, and I enjoyed swimming untill the begenning of november, the 11th, to be more especific.

The fact is that the summer sun heats the water and it remains warm for quite some time after summer is gone.  It will be ok to swim untill the beginning of the fall.

You cannot do this in spring though, cause the water will still be cold for some time after the winter...

I live in Spain and swim in the Med right up to the end of October. I've even swum in the Med in January. If you are from the UK it will feel warmer to you than me because I'm used to high temperatures.

Weather should be great during the day but you might need something warm for the evening.
