speaks at lengths about his potential.
He opined that if Rodgers goes on to emulate his strategy at Liverpool, it will only be a matter of time before the Reds find themselves back in the Champions League competition.
While talking to reporters, he said: “If he can bring that to Liverpool and win a lot of games percentage-wise and bring top European football to the table he'll be a king around the place.”

He added, “I was brought up watching Liverpool play football [like Swansea]. When I joined Liverpool, that's what you did: pass and move.”
“All you did was pass the ball and not give it away - unfortunately over the last 10 years or so, we've given the ball away far too cheaply.”
He went on to associate the Swans impressive run in the last two years with Rodgers, and lauded his efforts in promoting them back from the Championship to the zenith of the pyramidal structure of English football.
He remarked, “I think [Rodgers] and Swansea were a breath of fresh air last year… He's done absolutely fantastic at Swansea.”
