Manchester City full back http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandar-Kolarov-c4475 has gone on to claim that he never called his Argentine teammate Carlos Tevez an idiot.
Tevez, who refused to come on during the second half against Bayern Munich in the Champions League was allegedly labeled as an idiot by his teammate, but Kolarov has now gone on to reject these claims, as he states he never made those comments.
Tevez himself has been put under a lot of questioning at the club and was reportedly in a meeting with the club, which is going to decide his future at the club. City are going to release their statement over the matter within the next forty eight hours
and their decision is going to be final.
Kolarov, who is still good friends with Tevez, admits that the player committed a massive mistake, but remains firm over the fact that he never called his friend an idiot.
Kolarov is quoted to have said: "It is really not true that I said that word to him"
"I don't want to comment any more about this because I'm afraid that I will get misunderstood again."
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 had a word or two with the squad, just to clear out what had happened with Tevez and the manager. However, the French international remained unconcerned, as he just wants to play football, irrelevant of what
anyone else does at the club.
He told reporters: "After we got back, the manager had a meeting with the players. He explained the situation and everything was fine.
"We understood the decision but we don't want to get involved too much. We just want to move on and play our football.
"That's what we do best so we'll focus on that."
It is now a wait to see just how City respond to their meeting with Tevez and whether or not the player will remain a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Citizen-c38808 for the remainder of the season.
