Day three of the 2011 Polish Long Course Nationals started with the most thrilling and versatile performances of Aleksandra Urbanczyk and Konrad Czerniak in the Women’s 50m back-stroke and Men’s 100m butterfly in Poland.
Firstly, Urbanczyk won the Women’s 50m back-stroke meet with a fastest time of 28.83 seconds and broke her previous record of 28.90 seconds, set in 2010. Secondly, she took home the 50m back-stroke final with a sterling time of 28.74 seconds. Meanwhile,
Klaudia Nazieblo earned second spot with a time of 29.13 seconds and Alicja Tchorz settled third in 29.18 seconds.
In the Men’s 100m butterfly final, Konrad Czerniak claimed the golden crown with a time of 52.56 seconds. Marcin Babuchowski snared the silver medal with a time of 53.48 seconds, whereas, Marcin Cieslak captured bronze in 54.22 seconds.

Marcin Tarczynski picked up the top seed in the Men's 200m Individual Medley final with a time of 2:01.31 minutes. On the other hand, Konrad Cieslak wound up second with a 2:01.74 minutes effort and Jakub Jasinski settled third in a time of 2:03.57 minutes.
The Women’s 200m Individual Medley final was taken over by Tchorz with a sterling time of 2:16.92, while Anna Kowalczyk nabbed silver in a time of 2:18.96 minutes. Katarzyna Staszkiewicz claimed bronze with a time of 2:19.19 minutes in the following meet.

Meanwhile, the Men’s 400m freestyle title was clinched by Pawel Korzeniowski with an intriguing time of 3:51.70 minutes. Mateusz Sawrymowicz snared silver with a time of 3:53.21 minutes and Michal Szuba settled for bronze in a time of 3:56.19 minutes.
In the Women’s 400m freestyle final, Paula Zukowska captured the gold medal with the fastest time of 4:17.85 minutes. Donata Kilijanska took silver with a 4:18.89 minutes effort, while Natalia Charlos earned third place honour with a time of 4:19.31 minutes.

Slawomir Kuczko clinched the Men’s 200m breast-stroke title with a captivating time of 2:13.68 minutes, while Dawid Szulich grabbed silver in 2:16.34 minutes. Mateusz Pacholczyk earned bronze with a time of 2:17.00 minutes.
Agnieszka Ostrowska earned the first place honour in the Women’s 200m breast-stroke final with a distinctive time of 2:29.57 minutes. Meanwhile, Weronika Paluszek finished second with a 2:30.42 minutes effort and Wiktoria Bienkowska snared bronze with a
time of 2:33.36 minutes in the respective meet.
In the Men’s 50m back-stroke final, Krzysztof Jankiewicz nabbed the golden crown with a matchless time of 26.01 seconds. On the other hand, Marcin Unold captured silver with a time of 26.23 seconds and Radoslaw Kawecki rounded out the top three in 26.30
seconds.
Last, but not the least, Otylia Jedrzejczak captured the Women’s 100m butterfly title with the fastest time of 59.91 seconds, while Mirela Olczak picked up second spot in 1:00.58 minutes. Anna Dowgiert was placed third with a time of 1:01.41 minutes in the
following meet.
