Manchester United’s manager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 again, since he would much rather focus on United.
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, a number of rumours have been floating about which claim Paul Scholes is going to come out of international retirement, in order to help the team in the Euro 2012.
Scholes had called it quits on his club career at the end of the previous season, but went on to make a comeback in order to help the Red Devils out.
The player retired from international duty way back in 2004, but ever since then the midfielder has been linked with a comeback to the national team.
However, Ferguson strongly believes the player’s international career is in the past and has suggested that the midfielder would much rather focus on playing for United, instead of worrying about making a comeback for England.
When asked whether Scholes would return for England or not, Ferguson is quoted to have said: "Do you really honestly believe that? I don't think there's any chance"

"His reason for refusing last time was that it was late in the day and he felt it was fair for the players who had got them there to be involved.”

"To play for England after eight years would be a big step. I think http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 will be concentrating [on United] if he decides to go on of course.”

"That is not settled yet. But with the form he is showing at the moment, there is no reason for me to think he couldn't do another season."
Scholes is currently believed to be in line to receiving a new contract at United, which could see him stick around Old Trafford for another season.
Should the midfielder go on and accept terms to this contract, he just wouldn’t find it possible to play for England at the same time.
Nonetheless, Scholes is yet to comment on the situation himself and it is going to be a wait to see just what the prolific midfielder decides to do in the future.
