The right-handed batsman came excruciatingly close to the milestone before falling short by a single run when http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Nottinghamshire-c826 player didn’t conceal his disappointment over his dismissal after he had shared a record 159-run

"I am not going to lie - I'm devastated to miss out on a hundred," the batsman said. "I am also disappointed not to see the team over the line, though I am happy the guys managed to do so at the end," he said. The previous highest individual T20 score was

West Indies posted a decent target after the Dwayne duo, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Smith-c90598 and Bravo, played useful knocks of fifties, but it was the English batsmen who stole the show in a partnership which never allowed the visitors to settle.
English captain http://www.senore.com/Cricket/SCJ-Broad-c2465 shared Hales’ disappointment and said the fans were deprived to see their local hero make history. "I think I was as gutted as he was," said the English captain.
"He got us so far, and the ball was there for him to clip to mid-wicket and celebrate. His home supporters were gutted as well, but I thoroughly enjoyed what was a fantastic Twenty20 knock," Broad added.
Hales, who hails from http://www.senore.com/Cricket/KP-Pietersen-c1806, who recently retired from One Day International (ODI) and T20 cricket. The 23-year-old is looking forward to keep performing for his county, which would enhance
his chances to represent his national side on a regular basis.
