Arsenal youngster and England international, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, has claimed that he has faced his fair share of setbacks over his career but admitted that these setbacks have helped him grow as a player.
The nineteen year old attacker has managed to make only eleven starts in the Premier League this past season, while he found the back of the net on one occasion. However, he has been hailed as one of the most
effective substitutes this past season, due to the impact and additional potency he brings to the team’s attack, every time he steps onto the pitch.
