Alexander Graham Bell's first words over the phone?

I have heard several different versions of what was said. I'd really like to know which is correct. What really were the first words spoken over the phone by Bell to Watson??

  5. Speaking through the instrument to his assistant, Thomas A. Watson, in the next room, Bell uttered these famous first words:

    "Mr. Watson -- come here -- I want to see you."

    These are the words that Bell spoke; AND these are the words that Bell recorded in his notebook (a primary source) entry of 10 March 1876 to describe his successful experiment with the telephone.  The notebook is amongst the collection of his Bell's papers at the Library of Congress.
