Alexander Panov believes Zenit St. Petersburg will find it difficult to survive in UEFA Champions League without key signings and urges Gazprom to invest.
The former Dynamo Moscow player, Alexander Panov, has backed Luciano Spalletti in pursuit of new signings at Petrovsky stadium and admitted that Zenit St. Petersburg need to strengthen their squad in they want to compete for the
UEFA Champions League trophy this season.
In most prestigious of European competitions, where Zenit have managed to reach the round-of-16 for the first time in their history, they are struggling in front of the goal and are in desperate need to raise their defensive rankings
