The AC Milan doctor has revealed that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexandre-Pato-c4901 will not be able to play again this season, after the striker suffered another muscle injury in the team’s 3-1 defeat against Barcelona, in the UEFA Champions League.
The Brazilian was recently given the thumbs up to enter the field once again for his team, after a long spell of recovery from the recurring muscle injury. Unfortunately, the striker’s comeback lasted for only 13 minutes, as he
had to be taken off the pitch due to the injury.
Meersseman insisted that the player will not be playing again this season, and told that the striker will need another start to regain his form, when he is healed again.
The doctor revealed his overwhelming worry over the baffling muscle problem faced by the striker, and insisted that after having consulted so many professionals in search of a solution to the forward’s problem, he is unsure where
to go next.
While talking to the Gazzetta dello Sport, the doctor for the Devils said:
“His season is over. We’ll have to start again when he has healed. But who will take the responsibility of playing him again? I really don’t know which Saint I should now turn to...”
Pato, who was recently being linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, has persistent tendency to pick up muscle strain, and the one against Barcelona was the 14th muscle sprain for the striker, since January 2010.
The doctor revealed that the player has been all over the globe in search of a messiah for his persistent muscle problem. The medical practitioner insisted that he has also personally gone to extreme lengths to make it good for
the player, and admitted his responsibility for the player’s condition, despite the fact he is unaware of what triggered it.
“He’s been all over, from Germany to America, in a bid to resolve his fragile muscles. He’s been looked at and cured. I’ve even asked my spiritual therapist to pray for him… I didn’t sleep at all after the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 game. I’ll
take responsibility for the relapse, even if I don’t know what they are.”
Meersseman insisted that Pato has been declared fit on 13 occasions, but evidently has not healed. The Rossoneri doctor stated that he did not expect the debacle to the player in the game against Barcelona, and the sight on the
T.V was saddening for him.
