The Catalan club announced that Alves broke his collarbone in training and will play no part in the cup final. The Brazilian right back fractured his right clavicle and will undergo corrective surgery on Thursday, May 17. It was revealed that the former

With transfer reports picking up speed, outgoing coach Pep Guardiola moved swiftly to dismiss the speculation around his future. He stated that Alves is the best in his position and Barcelona would find it extremely difficult to replace him.
