  1. Step 1: Simplify the denominator

    6 / (SQRT 3 + SQRT 19) =

    6 / (SQRT 22) or 6 / (22)^1/2

Step 2: Remove the SQRT from the denominator

    (6* SQRT 22) / (SQRT 22 * SQRT 22)

    or re-written

    (6 * 22 ^ 1/2) / (22^1/2 * 22^1/2)

    Step 3: Add Like Power

    (6 * SQRT 22) / (22 ^ 1/2 + 1/2)

    Step 4: Simplify

    6 * (SQRT 22) / 22 ^1

    Or

    6 * (SQRT 22) / 22

  2. That is a very easy question.

What is the square root of 9? 3.

So its 6 over the square root of 3 times 3.

    Now what is 6/3? 2.

So the answer is 2 square root of 3.
