Algebra 1 honors Dilemma!?

Question

Hello I am going to be a 7th grader [my first year of MS, yikes!] on September 2nd. I took the IAAT and got 98th percentile, and got a 600 [pass advanced] on the 8th grade math SOL in 6th grade. My mom and I talked it over, and I was enrolled in Algebra 1 honors for this school year. Does anyone know any good study sites focusing on the Algebra 1 [or A1 honors] curriculum? I want a good homework help and study site because my brother got a bad teacher and failed this class in 8th grade.. Even though my math teacher is good the class has a lot of work and I want to be able to study every night even when I don't have any study materials. Thank you in advance for hopefully helping me pass this with at least a B+ :)

There's a great computer program you can buy called Math Success Deluxe. Here's the website to buy it: http://www.amazon.com/TOPICS-Entertainme... It will help you with algebra to geometry to algebra 2 and beyond, so you can keep using it as you progress in age and grade. I used it to study just like you did!

great job! Glad to see that u recognize the need to study for this- have taught TAG kids in algebra 1hon for several years

u may want to use yr own text bok resources- the chapter review do the odd questions before the test as u go along.
