  1. The correct equation is y = 7 + 2x

    Pretty simple, I just knew that each x was a multiple of 5, and the y was simply double the value for x with 7 added.

  2. Clearly it is a linear relationship.

    y=mx+c

    x=0,y=7 => c=7

    Therefore y=mx+7

    x=5,y=17 => 17=5m+7

    => m=2

    Therefore y=2x+7

  3. The equation should be y = 7 + 2x (all the values of x and y in the table satisfy the equation)

    you can see, only the first condition of x=0 satisfies the equation, others dont. so the only solution where you can substitute all x and obtain the corresponding y is the equation I've mentioned.

    good luck!

  4. y=2x+7
