Algebra 2 question... Easy for some... hard for me. Help!?

Decribe each tranlation then graph each:

Question 1:

y= (x-2)^2 + 6

Question 2:

y= lx + 4l - 3

Im just not so sure what it wants from me, so please if you do it explain and thanks a lot for the help, helpers.

y = (x - 2)^2 + 6

is the graph of y = x^2 moved right 2 units and up 6 units.

2.

y = | x +  4 | - 3

is the graph of y = | x + 4 | moved down 3 units.
