Write an equation in slpoe intercept form for the line that contains the given point and is parallel to the given line

(-1,-3), 2x+5y=15

this stuff is really confusing to me ugghhh

  1. First, change the given line into slope-intercept form (y = mx + b where m is the slope):

    5y = -2x + 15

    y = -2/5x + 3
