I am in my second year studying to be a primary school teacher. I do all my studies extramurally (long-distance-learning), and this weeks work uses some key terms used in Algebra that we need to know the meanings of. Here are the ones I'm not exactly clear about, and would like a better description:

~ equalities

~ inequalities

~ repeating

~ rules

~ generalisations

I am aware of what some of these mean, but wanted to ensure i word them properly.

Thanks
