  5. 1. What is the perimeter of a square with the length of each side being 8 inches? 8+8+8+8=   32 inches

    2.What is the area of a rectangle with a width of 5 inches and a length of 9 inches.    5x9= 54 inches squared

    3.What is the perimeter of a rectangle with a width of 6 cm and a length of 10 cm?     6+6+10+10= 32 cm

    4.What is the area of a square with the length of each side being 8 cm?

    8x8=64 cm squared

    5.What is the area of a triangle with a base of 3 cm and a height of 12 cm?

    not sure

    6.What is the area of a parallelogram with a base of 6 cm and a height of 9 cm?

    not sure

    7.What is the area of a trapezoid with a height of 5 inches and bases of b1 = 8 inches and b2 = 6 inches?

    forget the equation

    8.What is the solution set for 5 – 2x = 1 if the replacement set is {-2, -1, 0, 1, 2}?

    9.Solve: x – 5 = -3

                 x + -5=-3                 x=-3+-5         x=-8

  6. Looks like HW to me, otherwise why would you randomly post this? Is it because you want yahoo users to exercise their brain? (lol) These questions aren't really difficult read the questions carefully and apply what its telling you in the first few. For the equations simply solve for X as the question implies- - ->EXAMPLE: 4x+1=17---->4x=16------>x=2.

  7. Something tells me your lying...

    Well I can't be bothered with all those questions anyway. Try to figure it out... Work = Good for brain... duhhhhh

    + Those questions are p**s easy so its impossible to get them wrong.

    Apply the formula's in the first few.

    Take everything but X to the other side for the last few.
