  1. i have no idea i suck at algebra

  2. First you multiply the first two terms.

To multiply fractions, multiply the tops and multiply the bottoms

    1/4*2/3=2/12

Now, get 2/12 into lowest terms.

    It's 1/6

    1/4 * 2/3 - 1/6 = 1/6 - 1/6

    The answer is 0

    _/

  3. first multiply out the 1/4 times the 2/3

    do the numerators first: 1x2=2

    then the denominators: 4x3=12

your answer is then 2/12-1/6. if you simplify 2/12, youll find that 2 goes into 12 6 times, which makes it 1/6. the equation becomes 1/6-1/6, which is zero. hope this helps!
