the +- means that it can  be positive or negative. then just get a calculator and find the  square root.

you should have your graphing calc. i don't have mine with me however when finding the square root like number two for example the answer will be the absolute value the answer is 10

Simply pull out a calculator and plug them in. Assuming you're in high school, aside from number 2, 3, and 4, no teacher would expect those done mentally.
