The 21-year-old became an instant hero when he scored an injury-time equaliser in Week 6's 2-2 draw with Stade Rennais, and the player has termed that goal as the best moment in his career.

"I was in a state of euphoria when I scored, it was just amazing, and I was surrounded by fans, my teammates and the coaching staff.”
Goalkeepers do not score many goals and Ahamada feels that the goal against Rennes in Week 6 of the Ligue 1 was a magical moment for him, and it’s more special for him considering the fact that it was the first goal of his career.
"As a goalkeeper, you're not supposed to score, so when it happens it's even more special than for an outfield player."
The 21-year-old added that he has saved a number of penalties in his career and has helped Toulouse win so many matches. However, scoring a goal in the dying moment of the game to earn TFC a point is a moment he will never forget.
“I've saved penalties in my career, but the feeling you get when you score a goal in incomparable. Sharing the moment with the fans is so magical and emotional, I'll never forget that day."
Talking about his personality, Ali Ahamada said that he is a very friendly guy and he stays calm off and on the field, which is the main reason behind his impressive start to the season.
"I don't get stressed, I'm very easy going and I like to rely a lot on my instincts. From time to time I do try to think about things a bit as well, because you have to be serious too."
