Ali vs Foreman 2?

If Ali fought Foreman in a direct rematch, do you think Ali would beat Foreman in the rematch?

No. I will go to my grave believing that fight was fixed. Foreman should have never fought him in Africa. h**l, the dictator of Zaire couldn't even attend because he was afraid to get assassinated. How can you have a fight in a place like that?

No, IMO, the rope a dope was a one time occurence with Foreman. It wouldn't happen again. Hopefully, the rematch would be in a better place for Foreman and big George would have been a bit smarter and conserve and apply a more even pressure. Foreman in a late round stoppage similar to Holmes/Ali. Give Ali credit, he wouldn't allow an early KO loss.

Foreman probably would have beaten Ali in a rematch.  He was thrown off by the first fight, and he was face with physical challenges

I think Foreman would win the rematch but, not because I think the fight was fixed. Simply because Foreman could have beaten anybody at that point in his career. Whatever the reason was for his loss doesn't matter. Foreman was a beast and if the fight was fixed it was the worst beating any boxer ever had to take in order to get a win by a fixed fight.

Foreman easy! Ali cheated by having the ropes loose so he could pull off the rope a dope (Ali not only admitted to doing it but seems proud of it!) No way does Ali pull off another miracle.

i still think ali would win foreman had one way to fight and thats it.he would run at ali throw wild hooks and tire himself out.maybe not as early in the next fight but i would give it 2 or 3 rounds later and down goes foreman.ali was amazing in every way.ali would dance throwing some jabs and eventually ko him in the later rounds.foreman once said that win he went down he remember thinking that he was not just physically beaten but mentally beaten as well.ali got in his head once he would do it again.ali was also alot faster than foreman ali was brilliant.frazier couldn't beat foreman because of the style of fighter he was.foreman can't beat ali because of the style of fighter he was.
