Question:

Aliens and sleep paralysis?

I have had many sleep paralysis and out of body experiences. They stopped happening when I moved to a new house, where there was nothing that could interrupt my sleep (the old house had a faulty room heater that "woke" me up during sleep). On many occasions, I have seen figures resembling aliens. I do not watch many alien movies or a "fan" of them, so I do not think that obsession could be a reason. I also have "seen" huge UFOs (that have blinking lights) that follow you everywhere (even though you try to escape) and somehow "know" everything about you, and you feel powerless before them. Of course, I could be ridiculed that it is the hype or sci. movies that makes me think these things, but as I said before, I have not been obsessed with such things, and I am myself surprised afterwards. I would like to know if others have had similar experience, and whether there are deep cultural reasons for such (similar) experiences rather than the ''popular culture" hypothesis.

  1. I assume you meant you were experiencing all of this stuff in your dreams.  I know of no data to support this, but my little theory is that when we experience raw emotion in dreams our minds have to assign some sort of identity to it that we're familiar with so we can reconcile it.  In other words, it translates these emotional experiences into a language we can understand.  In your case your mind defaulted to the image of ET aliens because they fit the bill.  Like I said, this is just personal speculation, so take it with a grain of salt.

  2. i think that's just a coincidence. Aliens do not exist, but sleep paralysis does. It is known as Astral Travel. It happens to a lot of people, but its very rare.

  3. Funny how on eposter believes in astral travel but not  life on other planets.

Sleep paralyses is actually just a person waking up too fast, the chemicals  that make a person unable to sleep walk don't wear off in time and it causes hallucinations. Hallucinations are common among sleep paralyses.

That being said, often people will cme out of body (astral) and will return so fast the body does go into sleep paralyses, that too can either cause hallucinations OR some people just continue seeing the spirit world.

Fortunately that is how most life on other planets actually communicate with us. I don't want you to fear them, as they are souls just like us-who chose to be born on a different planet. Earth is the worst planet making the others a lot more spiritually inclined.

  4. Its nice to meet another alien abductee like myself.I can feel the aliens watching me most of the time.I have also commnicated with the aliens for nearly 15 years now using telepathy. It does not bother me.They are my friends now.I guess the downside to all this is the abductions continue with your children and there children.Proberly one reason why i have never had children.Deep down inside i did not want them to go though what i went though with the abductions.

  5. "I also have "seen" huge UFOs (that have blinking lights) that follow you everywhere (even though you try to escape) and somehow "know" everything about you."

If these are huge and following you, someone else must have seen them.  How do you know that they somehow know everything about you?  I ask because these are symptoms of mental disease.  I kid around a lot on this forum, but with 100% seriousness I suggest you seek out a mental health professional.  Feelings of being followed everywhere, feelings of others knowing what is going on in your mind, possible delusions or halucinations.  I am not kidding or trying to be funny.  Seriously, talk to a doctor.

  6. No, it's just you.  You may not think you are obsessed with UFO's  and aliens, but for some reason your subconcious brain is.  But don't worry about it.   As long as your concious mind knows that it isn't real, you aren't crazy.  The subconcious mind is weird and likes to play games with the concious mind.  The best thing to do is ignore it.
