All Access Visa Debit Card INFOOOO

Question

Ok, so im 16 and i accidently got an all access debit card in the mail without my mother knowing...im gonna tell her but is there anything about this type of card i should kno of, like do i have to pay monthly fees, interest fees and stuff like that cause i would like to prepare myself about this card before i tell her cause if this card is actually bad she will get mad as h**l

also, if she doesnt get angry and lets me keep this card, how to reload it in stores, do i have to like give it to the cashier so she can scan money in it or do i have to go to a machine and also do i have to be 18 to do it even if it has my name on it, and do i need a bank account for this card to work??

you must be 18 to get this card, so i dont know how you got one, and to all of your other questions, if you have a card then you should have a log in account, go there on the website, and go to faq, as there are diffrent kinds of ways to use it, you can also load this card through western union, and also get direct deposit from this card, and no, you dont need a bank account, as this card is used by alot of people who have bad credit, or cannot get a band account
