All-Bran with fromage frais, banana and pumpkin seeds or dried apricots?

Pumpkin seeds or dried apricots...which should I have with All-Bran, fromage frais and banana?

I'm in an indecisive mood this morning. Help!

I would have a little of each as they are all right for serial. Be careful with All-Bran as it does have a high sugar content.

Why not both? That way you get all your minerals and vitamins in one go.
