I'm a huge Green Day fan and have all of their CDs.

They have covered Working Class Hero by John Lennon, My Generation by The Who, and The Saints Are Coming by The Skids. In concerts, they have covered We Are The Champions by Queen, and a few Ramones songs, including Teenage Lobotomy and Blitzkrieg Bop.
