And no i'm not talking foundation. I don't want a specific colour. I would just like the shine to be taken away without giving me spots as i have rather oily skin.

Any suggestions? Thank you. x

  1. Firstly before you put make up on, exfoliate your skin to get rid of all the dead cells, and so that your skin is fresh. then use a face cream that wont make your skin oily again, use something that is light and targets oily skin. I used to have terribly oily skin, but i started using artistry cleansing face wash and it helps alot. Maybe if you used a toner with your facewash and then a cream also could help you with your oily skin.

ok back to the makeup,..... Again i use the Artistry range makeup as it helps take away the shine. their foundations are excellent and never make my skin oily. They are also No.1 in cosmetics and they deff have helped me! if you cant find artistry, try mac, they have also helped me quite significantly!

give it a try, it will deff help you alot!

  2. use a mattifier from the body shop... its a clear liquid, but very light and it works very very well.... lasting power

  3. Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil is like a miracle to me!

  4. Sarah, I use the loose translucent (no color) powder at aularale.com/7002.  I too have oily skin and the moisture balancing skin care regimen is fantastic.  I use it twice daily (morning and night) along w/the vitamin c serum and it keeps the oil under control.
