I find it difficult to concerntrate all day. I;ve head that peripheral vision is not detectable by people but I also have social anxiety and a little bit of ocd. So when I'm out I can see people in the corner of my eye, I just want it to stop sometimes because its all I think about. How do I stop concerntrating on my peripheral vision I hate it, or am I normal? Can others also concerntrate or just do you ignore it. Because its becoming an obsession now and I can't stand it, someone please give me some tips, please I'm begging you, it takes up about 23 hours of my 24 hour day. Thanks for any advice.

  1. Yes, this isn't an optical question, it's to do with your OCD. So I would suggest seeing an expert in that field. It isn't normal, no. It's definitely an obsessive thing. Talk to your psychologist. They probably have methods to train yourself not to obsess on things, or even medication.
