All I have is low-fat rasberry yogurt, skim milk (no fruits currently on hand) what can I make in my Blender?

  1. Dump the yogurt, some ice cubes and a bit of milk and see if you get a smoothie.

    Or just eat the yogurt and drink the milk and consider that you've had your calcium for the day.
